You’re ready when you’re ready and not before.

Invest in your Mental health

A mirror lying on the ground reflects a blue sky with white clouds, surrounded by tall, rust-colored grass.

We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. It will never feel like the “right time” to invest in yourself until you explore how to do it.

Therapy is not a linear process and your pace is your own.

Improve your relationship with yourself

We will never know less than what we know now. Rejoice that the old you have allowed you to get this far.

Be mindful of yourself and accept that your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are coming from somewhere. The past is a doorway to healing.

Therapy is an investment
